HTC Advantage- The new X7510 Windows Mobile Handheld

The second generation HTC Advantage, named the “X7510″, builds on its processor with an impressive suite of upgrades, improvements, and even more new technology.
The X7510 features flash memory storage instead of an internal hard disk, and doubled the capacity to 16GB.
The software is also a notable update, since HTC has included not only TouchFLO, a system which alters the way the Operating System responds to touch commands, however the new Advantage also includes an HTC Today Screen makeover inspired by a future version of Windows Mobile; whether that is the WM6.1 or the upcoming WM7 isn’t stated clear.
More interesting is the addition of VueFLO, which senses how the user is turning the device for automatic adjustment of the screen format from portrait to landscape and vice versa.
Its primary features include a 624MHz XScale CPU, 256MB ROM, 128MB system memory, 5″ VGA touchscreen 640×480 display, a 3MP digital camera, an integrated GPS receiver with TomTom’s NAVIGATOR 6 software, 802.11g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0 +EDR and a 2200mAh Li-Ion battery.
The Advantage X7510 is scheduled for a Q2 2008 release in Europe, though there’s no announcement on U.S. availability. (Source:Pocketpccentral.net)

HP-The new iPAQ 210 / 211 Windows Mobile 6 Pocket PC

The new iPAQ 210 / 211 Pocket PCs (the two models are identical) offer a powerful Windows Mobile device without a phone hardware or software.

The most notable aspect of the iPAQ 210 is its VGA display, which hasn’t been included on a Pocket PC since the making of Dell Axim X51v. The screen is larger, 4-inches from bottom left to top right side. In addition, like the now-discontinued X51v, the iPAQ 210 offers both CompactFlash and Secure Digital flash memory card slots. The SD slot also supports SDIO peripherals.

Due to the power demands of its VGA display and its fast 624MHz next-gen mobile processor (Marvell PXA310), the iPAQ 210 includes a large and removable 2200mAh Li-Ion battery for long battery lifespan. Other features include 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 256MB of flash memory storage, and Bluetooth 2.0 +EDR. The iPAQ 210 also includes a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.

The iPAQ 210 / 211 is now shipping with limited availability.(Source:Pocketpccentral.net)
